Specifications::      JG-702 Acrylic adhesive is a two-component, 100% solids Acrylate resin systems for use as a high strength, non-shrink, styrene free, anchor grouting material. Resin and hardener are dispensed and mixed simultaneously through the mixing nozzle.

Uses:

1.Threaded rod anchoring

2.Rebar dowelling

3.Bonding hardened concrete to hardened concrete

4.Pick proof sealant around doors, windows and fixtures

5.Paste-over for crack injection.

Application:

      Surfaces to receive adhesive must be clean and free of frost. The base material temperature must be 0 or above at the time of installation.The cartridges should be stored in a warm, uniformly heated area or storage container for a sufficient time to allow epoxy to warm completely. Mixed material in nozzle can harden in 10min at a temperature of 25.

Specifications:

SHELF LIFE: Twelve months from date of manufacture in unopened cartridge.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a dry area between 5 °C and 25 °C. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Storage at higher temperatures will reduce the shelf life. To re-use, attach new nozzle.

COLOR: Resin-white; Hardener-black. When properly mixed SET adhesive will be a uniform gray color.

CLEAN UP: Uncured material Wipe up with cotton cloths. If desired scrub area with abrasive, water based cleaner and flush with water. If approved, solvents such as ketones (MEK, acetone, etc.), laquer thinner, or adhesive remover can be used. Do not use solvents to clean adhesive from skin. Take appropriate precautions when handling flammable solvents. Solvents may damage surfaces to which they are applied. Cured Material: Chip or grind off surface.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE:Very good to excellent against distilled water and inorganic acids.Fair to good organic acids and alkalis, inorganic alkalis,and many organic solvents. Poor against Ketones.

4.SUGGESTED SPECIFICATIONS: Anchoring Adhesive shall be a two-component acrylic based system supplied in manufacturer's standard side-by-side or coaxial cartridge and dispensed through a static-mixing nozzle supplied by the manufacturer. compressive yield strength after 8 hours cure.

Installation instructions:

CARTRIDGE PREPARATION: Insert cartridge into dispensing tool. Attach a clean mixing nozzle (which is free of gelled or hardened material) to the cartridge. Dispense bead of adhesive off to the side to check for proper mixture before using.

Caution: Adhesive will harden  faseter in higher temperatures. Do not try to dispense after adhesive hardens in nozzle.

Installation into Concrete:

Drill:Drill hole to specified diameter and depth.

Clean:Remove dust from hole with oil-free compressed air. Clean with nylon brush and blow out remaining dust. Note: Dust left in hole can reduce the adhesive's holding capacity.

Fill: Fill hole 1/2 - 2/3 full, starting from bottom of hole to prevent air pockets. Withdraw nozzle as hole fills up.

Insert Anchors:Must be clean and oil free. Insert anchor, turning slowly until the anchor contacts the bottom of the hole. Do not disturb during cure time.
