- Yixing Bailun Optoelectronic Material Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 in Zhoutie Town , Yixing County, Jiangsu Province, China , with the registered capital about 15 million RMB Yuan. The company occupies a land area of 40,000 square meters and the factory area is more than 8,000 square meters. It is convenient to reach the factory with Xiyi expressway nearby. As a Sino - Singapore joint venture, the company is specialized In researching , developing and producing sputtering target. The alumina doped zinc oxide AZO,GZO, ZnO and ITO sputtering targets are our key products.
The company employs more than 40 workers and technicians, and possesses an integrated and advanced production line. Advanced production equipments, advanced testing equipments, high quality peoples and scientific managing system guarantees the high quality and performance of our products.
We use new technology which called gelcasting and sintering to produce sputtering targets. Under this new technology, we can not only make the structure of the sputtering targets very even and close-grained , but also can make the faults in the sputtering targets down to nearly zero. By the new technology, we can supply all types of sputtering targets easily, such as the plate, cylinder etc, we also can produce the super large size and high precision sputtering targets to meet the customers special requirements.
